The days are getting cooler, the evenings are drawing in and Autumn is upon us.
Why not close the curtains, shut out the world and indulge in some time just for you to unwind and let go of your cares.
During the session I’ll guide you into a state of total mental and physical relaxation leaving you feeling calm and peaceful and ready for the week ahead.
All you need is somewhere comfy to sit or lie down, a soft cushion for your head and a cosy blanket to snuggle under.
Awake feeling calm, relaxed and at peace, or simply let yourself drift off to sleep…
