Schedule:
Friday:
arrive 5pm friday eve and settle in with soup and salad
6:30pm - 8pm gentle hatha yoga class
Saturday:
7am - 8:30 hatha yoga
9am breakfast
10 - 10:45 Karma yoga (mindful action)
11am - 12:30 pranayama and yoga nidra class
1pm Lunch
afternoon rest time or explore the local areas, or go for a country walk or use the ashram library to study more about yoga.
5 - 6pm - Yoga chikitsa/therapy session
7pm Supper
8pm yogic satsanga / talks and good thoughts before bed
Sunday:
7am - 8:30 hatha yoga

11am - 12:30 pranayama and yoga nidra class
1pm Lunch
2pm closing words on living healthy and happy
