Despite members of Women In Rural Enterprise looking rather hyper in this video, their meeting on March 17th was one where everyone left feeling relaxed and in control.
Led by experienced coach Lesley Jones and hypnotherapist Elaine Collins, the group learnt several stress control techniques including breathing exercises and progressive relaxation.
Lesley described the five pillars of resilience, and Elaine ran a quiz on how to get a good night's sleep, blowing some of the myths around trusted remedies like nightcaps, for instance.
