A one day course on mindfulness meditation.
The day will include:-
• What meditation is and what it isn’t;
• What is Mindfulness?
• The physical, mental, emotional and self-awareness benefits of developing a regular meditation practice;
• Some of the scientific evidence;
• Opportunities to experience a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques throughout the day;
• The ‘Purposeful Pause’ bringing quiet focus into everyday activities;
• Ways of developing your own daily meditation practice.
18th March 2017 - the day will start at 10am and finish at 4pm
and will be held at The Alliance Therapy Centre, 24 Kings Street, Carmarthen
